Shani dosha or Sadhesati ?
The seven and half year period during which Saturn transits in the twelfth, first and second houses from the birth rashi (Moon sign) is called the Sadhesati of Saturn. One Sadhesati is made up of three periods of approximately two and half years each, because Saturn travels in one rashi or Moon sign for two and half years. Normally in the lifetime of the person, the Sadhesati of Saturn occurs three times. Some Astrological Remedies to appease Shani Dosha (Sadhe Sati) :
Fasting on Saturdays : observe vratta on Saturday . Worship Lord Saturn with stotra and Katha then recite the Shani mantra . One can take a light fast like milk, curd, and fruit juice during the Saturday and evening pay visit to the temple of Lord Hanuman or Bhairavji. Then take sweet halwa made of Urad pulse or salted khicheri prepared by rice and Urad pulse .
Worship Lord Hanuman : Praying to Lord Hanuman will lead to freedom from an adverse Shani effects. Recite ‘Hanuman Chalisa’ on Tuesday and Saturday with a ghee lamp in front of his idol.
Shani Mantra : Chanting Shani mantra for 108 times every day or at least every Saturday.

Mostly You should be recite of Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra daily 10 Mala for 125 days or total 125000 time recitations during the period. The Mantra is :

Donation : Donating black cloth, gingely oil, blanket, iron articles, black cow, buffalo, black gram, black Urad pulse , Sesame seeds, Kulathi pulse,Money to poor people or at the temple and also providing food on Saturday to beggars.
Gems and Metal ring : On the Saturday wear an iron ring made from the black horse’s bridle/shoe, or bottom of a boat , in middle finger . wearing a ring of Blue Sapphire (Before wearing any gemstones make sure you consult your personal astrologer) in your middle finger about 5 ratti weight made in panch dhatu in the middle finger will help ful .
Other Remedies : watering the peepal trees , lighting lamps in sesame oil are also other remedial measures for Shani dosha.
Measure a black thread equal 19 times the length of your hand and wear it like a garland .
For the appeasement of Saturn , on a Saturday wear the tail of a Scorpion wrapped in a black thread.
