According to Hindu schedule, Naraka Chaturdashi is watched a prior day Diwali i.e. fourteenth day of dull a large portion of Ashwin month.
 
Naraka Chaturdashi is the second day of five days Diwali festivals. The principal being Dhanteras, second is Narak Chaturdashi, third is Diwali, fourth day is Govardhan and fifth day is Bhai Dooj. As per Hindu legends, Kali (the Goddess of power) killed Narakasura on this day. The day is commended keeping in mind the end goal to kill sluggishness and shrewd from the life.
 
Naraka Chaturdashi is a Hindu celebration which is typically seen in the months of October or November. The principle custom of Naraka Chaturdashi is to get up promptly morning (before Sunrise), apply "Ubatan" (a mixof herbs, oil, blossoms and other crucial elements) and wash up.
